So, if you are on a weight loss journey and getting bored of bland and boring food, add these smoothies to a your diet. These healthy drinks contain:


Chia-berry smoothie: 

Make it in Greek yogurt. It will provide your smoothie a creamy flavor. Create it a powerhouse of essential nutrients by adding chia seeds and definite berries. If you wish it sweetened, add honey.


Spinach-flax smoothie:

All you require is 1 cup of mango chunks, 1 cup of pineapple chunks, unsweetened pineapple water, 1 cup of leafy green such as kale or spinach and 1½ cup of lime juice. Blend all the ingredients together and your healthy smoothie is done.


Vanilla with berries: 

This is the great smoothie to satiate your sugar cravings. Add strawberries or blueberries in non-fat Greek yogurt and mix the ingredients with an unsweetened vanilla almond milk. If you love, you can add banana and a pinch of cinnamon powder for taste.


Kale- apple detox smoothie: 

Kale is a 'super food' which is great for detoxification. It is packed with vitamins, minerals and other necessary nutrients. Blend 1½ cup kale with 1½ apple, unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp of flax seeds and 1½ of honey all together. Your healthy drink is done!
