Five desi ‘superdrinks’ to keep your hydration in check this summer



1. Buttermilk




Flavoured Buttermilk (Masala Chaas) or buttermilk is a preparation made with curd and water with few roasted cumin powder, black salt, and roasted asafoetida. Due to it is a probiotic drink, it is full of microbes that support to feed the gut with healthy bacteria.

5. Sattu drink




Sattu is our desi superfood and it is a powerhouse of the energy. It is wealthy in the iron, sodium, magnesium, manganese, and protein. In addition , sattu is rich in insoluble fibre which creates it a blessing for entire digestive health.⁣ Guess what?
