Corona virus / Corona outbreak in Gujarat: Corona outbreak in Ahmedabad worrisome, transition in Surat also increased

Corona virus cases are on the rise in Gujarat. In Ahmedabad in particular, the death toll is rising alarmingly, with more than 500 cases of corona reported in the last 11 days. The state government's health department had reported cases of corona virus across the state in the last 24 hours.

According to the health department, 577 new cases of corona virus have been reported in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of Corona infections has reached 29578. Let me tell you, over the last 13 days, more than 500 cases of Corona virus have been reported which is a matter of real concern.

In Ahmedabad, 238 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours

So far 19839 cases have been registered in Ahmedabad and 3876 in Surat. Ahmedabad recorded the highest number of 238 cases in the last 24 hours. Of these, 225 cases have been reported in Ahmedabad Corporation and 13 in Ahmedabad district. Corona transmission is also on the rise in Surat, with 164 new cases of corona virus reported in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 410 patients have been discharged from the hospital following treatment for corona virus. Thus far, a total of 21505 patients across the state have been given corona.

Ahmedabad used to receive more than 300 cases of corona at one stage but now the number of cases registered every day has come down. For the third day in a row, less than 250 cases have been reported. From the evening of June 24 to the evening of June 25, 238 new cases have been reported.

At the same time, the total number of cases in Ahmedabad city-district has reached 19839 while the death toll has reached 1390.
